The itinerary is subject to minor changes. Any updates will be shared with registered families ahead of the trip.
How Payments Work
All payments are submitted manually. There is no card checkout. Every payment is reviewed and verified by a Cousins Camp organizer.
- 01$425 per paying guest age 16 or older for guests staying in the Cousins Camp vacation home.
- 02$100 per paying guest age 16 or older for guests arranging their own housing.
- 03A non-refundable $100 deposit is required for each paying guest age 16 or older.
- 04Deposit deadline: September 30, 2026.
- 05Registration is not complete until the required deposit has been received and manually verified.
- 06The $100 deposit is applied toward the total registration balance — it is not an additional fee.
- 07All deposits are final and non-refundable.
- 08After the deposit is received, monthly payments are expected until the balance is paid in full.
- 09Payment reminders may be sent at the end of each month.
- 10Registrants may pay more than the suggested amount, or pay the full remaining balance at any time.

Anyone age 16 or older. Guests under 16 attend free but must still be listed on the registration so we can plan food, activities and space.
No. One lodging choice applies to everyone included in a single registration. If part of your family wants a different option, they should submit their own registration.
All payments are handled manually through Cash App ($thecousinscamp) or Venmo (@thecousinscamp). There is no card checkout. After you register you'll get instructions and a confirmation number to include in your payment memo.
No. Deposits are final and non-refundable. The deposit is applied toward your total balance and is not an extra fee.
Your registration is not confirmed until your deposit has been received and manually verified by a Cousins Camp organizer. You'll be emailed once that happens.
Saturday is a free theme park day, but admission tickets are not included in the registration fee. Everyone buys their own tickets for the park they choose.
